Forensic Accounting and Kovel Assignments
As a keystone of our practice we are ready to assist by utilizing our accounting, auditing and investigative skills to conduct examinations of financial records or to reconstruct the financial activities of individuals, businesses or specific transactions, whether due to fraud or embezzlement situations, or to assist in various legal or tax controversy cases.
We analyzes complex financial and accounting issues and presents findings in a manner that is credible, persuasive and readily understandable by counsel, judges, jurors, arbitrators, executives and other participants involved in contentious and investigative matters.
A core competency of our practice is serving as Kovel accountant in both civil and criminal matters, assisting lawyers in developing a case and evaluating its merits and potential defenses. We are experienced in reconstructing financial events and tax records from
corrupt or incomplete data.

We are ready to assist with various projects for Estate, Gift and Income Tax purposes such as determining value and providing support for tax returns. Our litigation assignments have covered various shareholder and partner disputes, dissenting shareholder actions and related expert testimony.
