Anthony W. Cirone, Jr., CPA
Tony has over 30 years of experience and is responsible for the effective financial management and operation of the Firm. He provides world class service including financial statement preparation, tax planning and preparation, and financial consulting to a wide array of business and individual clients. Tony serves on the Associate Board of Directors of Nuvance Health, and the Board of Directors of Western Connecticut State University (WCSU) Foundation and Ancell School of Business. He is a board member and Chairman of the Finance Committee of Immaculate High School and board member of The Greater Danbury Chamber of Commerce. He is a 1988 WCSU graduate, where he received a bachelor’s in Accounting. Tony earned his CPA certificate in 1992 and is licensed to practice by the State of Connecticut. Patrick Dunleavey, CPA
Patrick is a Principal specializes in providing audit services for not-for-profit organizations, including arts and cultural organizations and human services agencies and, manufacturing and distribution organizations. Patrick has more than 13 years of experience, and his concentration of services also includes providing tax compliance services for private foundations. Patrick earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Fairfield University. He is a member of the accounting advisory board for the Dolan School of Business at Fairfield University. Additionally, Patrick is the treasurer for the New Haven Symphony Orchestra (NHSO) and serves on the board of directors for the NHSO Foundation. Tammy Maguire, CPA
Tammy is a Principal with over 20 years of experience in both public and private practice. As the Firm’s Director of Financial Services, she serves as CFO of the Firm and also provides outsourced CFO/Controller services to Firm clients. Tammy earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Quinnipiac University and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants. She was named “CFO of the Year” by the Hartford Business Journal in 2016. During her time in public accounting, Tammy worked on a variety of industries with a focus on not-for-profit clients. Tammy’s private accounting experience adds to her depth of knowledge for day-to-day operations. Sandra D. Callanan, CPA
Sandy has over 35 years of accounting and audit experience and specializes in accounting and audit services for financial institutions, not-for-profit organizations, closely held businesses in wholesale, retail, real estate and development services, manufacturing, and physician groups. She is responsible for the Firm’s audit and accounting practice and audit and accounting quality control systems and is the Partner in charge of the Shelton office. Sandy holds a bachelor’s degree from Western Connecticut State University. Sandy earned her CPA certificate in 1983 and is licensed to practice public accountancy by the States of Connecticut and Massachusetts. Sandy is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Connecticut Society of CPAs (CTCPA). Michael P. Jodon, CPA, CVA
Mike has over 30 years of accounting and tax experience, and focuses on managing relationships with middle-market, privately held and family-owned businesses as well as high-net-worth individuals. Mike’s practice is focused on tax and consulting services, and he heads the firm’s litigation support and forensic service segments. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Sacred Heart University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts. Mike is a past member of the Board of Directors of Junior Achievement-Greater Valley, the Southern Fairfield Chapter of the American Red Cross and the Bridgeport Area Group of CPAs.
David C. Moseman, CPA
David has over 26 years of experience providing tax services to clients and specializes in partnership taxation, and tax planning for privately held businesses and high-net-worth individuals. David is a graduate of Bryant University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and obtained a Master of Business Administration from Pace University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts and both the Connecticut and New York State Societies of CPAs.
Nicholas DaPaz, CPA
Nick has more than 17 years experience providing audit and tax services for employee benefit plans and multistate and multinational companies in a variety of industries, including public utility and manufacturing companies as well as not-for-profit organizations. His concentration of services also includes individual and corporate income tax return planning and preparation. Nick earned a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Connecticut in Storrs, Connecticut. He is a member of the Bridgeport Rotary Club and is past chairman of the Board of Directors of Area Congregations Together, Inc. (Spooner House). He holds his Leadership Fellow governance accreditation with The National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) and the title of Wharton Fellow at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
