NICHOLAS DAPAZ, CPA
Nick is a Senior Manager providing audit and tax services for employee benefit plans and multistate and multinational companies in a variety of industries, including public utility and manufacturing companies as well as not-for-profit organizations. Nick has more than 17 years of experience, and his concentration of services also includes individual and corporate income tax return planning and preparation. Nick earned a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Connecticut in Storrs, Connecticut. He is a member of the Bridgeport Rotary Club and is past chairman of the Board of Directors of Area Congregations Together, Inc. (Spooner House). DANIEL P. HERON, CPA
Dan is a Tax Manager who serves our firm's clients in the manufacturing, distribution, and retail industries.
Dan received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from Western Connecticut State University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Connecticut Society of CPAs.
ADAM O'FEENEY, CPA
Adam is a Tax Manager who serves privately held, family owned businesses, and high-net worth individual clients. Representative clients are in the manufacturing, distribution, hospitality, and construction/real estate industries.
Adam received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Nichols College, Dudley, MA and his Master of Business Administration from Amberton University, Garland, Texas. He has been an active member in the Bridgeport Regional Business Council.
DAN WIECEK, CPA
Dan is a Manager providing tax services to privately held businesses and their owners. Dan has more than 8 years of experience, and his concentration of services include tax planning and preparation for high-net-worth individuals, corporations, LLCs and partnerships with a focus on international tax compliance. Dan earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Southern Connecticut State University in New Haven, Connecticut, and a Master of Science in Taxation from the University of New Haven in West Haven, Connecticut. He is a member of the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants.
ANTHONY R. DELUCIA, JR., CPA
Anthony has over 30 years of auditing and accounting experience. Anthony is a Senior Manager overseeing engagements for privately held business clients in the distribution and construction industries. Anthony received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Southern Connecticut State University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants. Active in his local community, he previously served the City of Derby as both a pension board member and charter revision commission member. He was a seven-year member of the board and finance committee for the Parent Child Resource Center in Derby, Connecticut. Anthony is a graduate of Leadership Greater Valley Class of 2003.
TAMMY MAGUIRE, CPA
Tammy has over 20 years of experience in both public and private practice. As the Firm’s Director of Financial Services, she serves as CFO of the Firm and also provides outsourced CFO/Controller services to Firm clients. Tammy earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Quinnipiac University and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants. She was named “CFO of the Year” by the Hartford Business Journal in 2016. During her time in public accounting, Tammy worked on a variety of industries with a focus on not-for-profit clients. Tammy’s private accounting experience adds to her depth of knowledge for day-to-day operations. GERALD J. SZUCH, CPA
Jerry has over 35 years of accounting and audit experience specializing in not-for-profit, retail, and financial services industries. Jerry is in charge of the Firm’s government audit quality control. Jerry received his bachelor’s degree from the University of New Haven. He is a member of the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants. Jerry has served as treasurer of the Stratford Little League.
LONNIE K. GERMAINE, CPA
Lonnie has over 20 years of accounting experience. Lonnie is an Audit Manager serving clients in the not-for-profit area, publishing, wholesale industries and closely held businesses. Lonnie received his bachelor’s in Financial Accounting from the University of New Haven. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants.
BRUCE C. MICHALEK, JR., CPA
Bruce is a Senior Tax Manager serving clients in a variety of industries including manufacturing, insurance, construction, hospitality and working with high-net-worth individuals.
Bruce received his B.S. in Accounting from the University of Connecticut. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Connecticut Society of CPAs.
JEFFREY SILVERBERG, CPA
Jeff is a Tax and Audit Manager who focuses his practice working with clients in the medical, legal, and real estate industries and is also an expert in 401(k) audits.
Jeff received his B.S. in Accounting from Sacred Heart University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Connecticut Society of CPAs. He previously volunteered as a Junior Achievement Advisor.
