Our supervisors have been carefully selected as they are responsible for implementing the goals of upper management to ensure our client services run smoothly. As a member of management, our supervisor's main job is more concerned with orchestrating and controlling work rather than performing it directly, but can jump in at any time to assist.

Jitendra Damania, CPA
Jitendra has over 30 years of accounting and audit experience in both public practice and private industry. Jitendra received his Bachelor of Commerce and Master of Commerce from the University of Mumbai, Mumbai, India, and his Master of Science in Accounting from the University of New Haven. Jitendra provides tax, accounting, and auditing services for not-for-profit organizations, financial services, health care services, middle-market companies, and closely held businesses. He is a member of Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Andrea Davis, CPA
Andrea has over 10 years of accounting and audit experience. She has expertise in many areas of accounting supervising engagements for not-for-profit organizations, including federal and state single audits. Andrea received her bachelor’s in Accounting from Herbert Lehman College and a certificate in Forensic Accounting from Post University. Andrea is member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a board member of the Young Professional group at the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants. She is active in her local community where she serves on the Finance Committee of Refuge Temple Church of God.
Vanessa Freitas, MBA
Vanessa has over 15 years of tax and accounting experience in both public practice and private industry. Vanessa received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Western Connecticut State University and her Master of Business Administration in Accounting from Sacred Heart University. Vanessa provides tax and accounting services to the restaurant industry, real estate, middle-market companies, and not for profit organizations.
